CENTRAL WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY: (2013) The Spokane native played in all 27 of the Wildcats' matches averaging 5.48 digs-per-set, good for second in the conference. She tied her career high with 32 digs in a game twice this year against Sonoma State and Western Washington. Kight was named to the Academic All-GNAC team with a 3.36 GPA.  She was also was named to the All-GNAC first team. If Kight keeps her pace she will become the all-time leader in career digs as she currently sits in second place with 1425 digs.  She also ranks second all-time with 4.73 digs per set.   

(2012) She earned honorable mention all-Great Northwest Athletic Conference honors as a sophomore playing in 28 of the team’s 29 matches as the team’s primary libero. Kight had a team-leading 539 digs and a 5.13 digs-per-set average. She had a career-high 32 digs against Seattle Pacific on Oct. 27.

(2011) Kight played in all 26 matches in 2011 with three starts as a true freshman. In split time as the team’s libero, the Spokane native led the team in digs with 338.

(2010) Signed a National Letter of Intent with the Wildcats in November.

MEAD HIGH SCHOOL: Kight graduated from Mead High School in Spokane, Wash., in 2011. In her sophomore year the Panthers won the WIAA 4A state championship under head coach, and mother, Judy Kight. She earned first-team Greater Spokane League honors in two consecutive seasons and was the GSL Player of the Year as a junior. Kight added honorable mention all-state honors during the 2009 season.

PERSONAL: Kight was born in Spokane, Washington. Kight is a declared business major.
