ELLENSBURG (Feb. 4) -- The men's basketball match-up between rivals Central Washington University and Western Washington University, originally scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 27 in Bellingham, has been moved to Sunday, Feb. 28 to accommodate a live television broadcast on Fox Sports Net (FSN) Northwest. Tip-off between the Wildcats and Vikings will be at 7 p.m. at Sam Carver Gymnasium on the WWU campus.
The game pitting the two longtime foes against one another will be the second and final regular-season meeting of the year, and is the 240th all-time men's basketball game played since the inception of the head-to-head series in 1908.
